REACH Within Private Gestalt Coaching sessions are generally between 90-120 minutes in length.

REACH Within Groups create an opportunity to experience and witness the power of shared exploration and healing. REACH Within and group members will work together to create a safe, confidential, and sacred space for everyone to be fully seen and heard. The group will bear witness and hold space for one another as unhealed wounds are healed, heavy burdens are released, and collective movement toward emotional freedom, growth, and wellness is realized. Our beloved Equine Coaching partners will be present to offer insight and support whenever weather, location, and circumstances allow.

REACH Within Groups are 3 hours in length and will be offered at varying times and schedules throughout the year.

REACH Within Phone or Video Gestalt Coaching
REACH Within private phone or video gestalt coaching sessions are designed to enhance and extend the benefits of your in-person gestalt coaching experience. These sessions offer a safe and supportive space to check in, reflect on recent insights, navigate emerging insights, and stay in touch with your growth and healing goals. With flexible scheduling, private phone or video coaching sessions can empower you to remain grounded, focused, and fully supported between sessions. Each session builds on your progress, bringing you closer to the growth and healing you seek.

REACH Within Phone or Video sessions are limited to 30 minutes in length and available by appointment only.

REACH Within Team Experience Workshops are custom-designed to meet the specific needs of your team in an engaging, experiential setting. These workshops provide meaningful opportunities for individuals to expand self-awareness and foster growth within the context of team dynamics, ultimately enhancing functionality, communication, and alignment with your team’s mission. Each workshop can be tailored to include the unique insights of our equine coaching partners or be conducted without them, depending on your team’s preferences and goals. Since each

REACH Within Growth and Wellness Workshops are creatively designed to expand personal awareness, compassion, and connection. Each workshop centers around a unique theme crafted to support individuals on their journey of self-discovery and growth. Workshops will vary by theme and will be announced as they become available.
