Gestalt is a German word loosely translated to mean “flowing in to wholeness.” Gestalt is a humanistic style of psychology rooted in the belief that humans are naturally resourceful, capable, and whole. Gestalt principles focus on becoming fully aware of ourselves in the present moment. Gestalt uses an experiential process to heal unhealed wounds from past and release the effects of those wounds from our present reality. As an Equine Gestaltist®, my horses and I will gently guide you into awareness of the powerful resources you hold within, empower you to release the effects of traumatic experiences, and invite you to navigate your human experience from a place of wholeness in the here and now.

Equines are naturally equipped with a heightened ability to read their environment, energy, and vibrations that surround them.  This innate ability is part of how they protect themselves from predators. In the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®, the horses are coaching partners to the human coach.  They find creative ways to share what they are sensing, seeing, feeling, and noticing with the human coach to expand awareness, compassion, and healing to the client.   

For your safety, we ask that you wear closed toed shoes to your session. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that protects you from the elements and you are comfortable playing in! You will be surrounded by nature and our equine coaching partners, which means there may be dust, dirt, heat, cold, bugs, and moisture.

EVERYONE!  If you are a human that has encountered the human experience, you can benefit from this work. 

Each of us inevitably encounters difficult or painful moments as we navigate the twists and turns of the human experience. We may not have the time, space, energy, safety, or ability to fully respond to those painful circumstances leaving behind unhealed wounds or limiting beliefs.  We may unknowingly carry the effects of unhealed wounds or limiting beliefs into our current reality, thus creating obstacles, blocking access to the resources we hold within, limiting growth, and interfering with the journey toward our divine destiny. 

In this work, my horses and I will partner with you to heal your unhealed wounds, expand your beliefs, uncover the powerful resources you hold within, and guide you toward a human experience of emotional freedom, growth, and wholeness.
